Unfortunately, for now, you'll have to settle for downloading the forms and mailing them in.
You'll need Adobe Reader to read and print these forms. If you don't already have Adobe Reader, you can get it from Adobe's Web Site. Mac OS X users can simply use the "Preview" application to view and print most PDF files. We recommend Adobe Reader 7.0 & above, regardless of what platform you're on (Windows, Mac OS X or Linux), since it will handle all of the PDF forms on this site, including the DelancoWear order form.
There is a known problem with Internet Explorer and saving/viewing the PDF files on this site. This is a problem that we cannot fix -- only Microsoft can do that, as the problem rests with their software. We recommend either viewing inline (just click on the PDF documents and they'll load up in your browser), or better still -- stop using Internet Explorer and start using Mozilla Firefox today.
