All ready to order? Ok, you'll need to download the order form.
In order to fill out & print the order form, you will need to use Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or later. Make sure you've got version 7.0 or later by launching Acrobat Reader, and click Help > About Acrobat Reader. If you have a version earlier than 7.0, you will need to upgrade. Don't worry, it's free. Adobe has a free copy of Acrobat Reader waiting for you to download.
We do not accept orders via email. You MUST use the order form. Why no email? By using the order form, you give us a method to track your order's progress from start to finish, ensuring you get your DelancoWear in a timely manner.
If you do not fill out the form in its entirety, including your name, address and other contact information, we will not be able to process your order.
