Trouble downloading PDFs from here? - We know about the problem. The problem seems to center around Internet Explorer on Windows machines. Since Microsoft is not likely to fix their software soon, there are 2 work-arounds available: upgrade to the latest Adobe Reader, or stop using Internet Explorer, and start using Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer users, once you've upgraded to the latest Adobe Reader, you will still be unable to right-click and "Save Target As" -- you will have to left-click on the PDF file, and let the Adobe Reader plugin load the file. Once you've done that, if you would like to keep a copy of the PDF, there is a button in the top left corner of the PDF viewer that says, "Save a Copy".
